I've had Fibromyalgia since 1991 and I'm still struggling for it to be recognized as "real" condition that is not "all in my head". Many Rheumatologist as well as Neurologist have changed their opinion regarding the etiology of syndrome in the last few years due to new research and treatment. But, there's still a stigma of "mental patient" that prevails Fibromyalgia suffers are still fighting to dispel that's not going to go away without more education and awareness efforts such as this one.
